My Passions:

I have a passion for sports, and I sometimes read books. My two favorite authors are Anthony Robbins, whose books have changed the way I look at life and Roald Dahl, whose books I used to enjoy reading when I was a child. I also love arts; before going to university I had the opportunity to study digital arts such as Adobe Photoshop and Autodesk 3D studio Max. I have also had the privilege of playing for our university's coach (Hassan Nourbakhksh), who is also the Team manager for the national team, which for the first time qualified for the Beijing 2008 Olympics. Our university's basketball team has been on the first division games’ podium for ten consecutive years.

One of my most important activities is to collect money from friends and relatives once every month. Then I with the help of my friends buy food and clothes and try to find rural areas, where we can distribute what we have managed to gather. We have been able to discover many deprived areas in which we could help the people. Through this, I have learned how fortunate I am in life and how much helping other people makes me feel better about myself.

 

My Future:

Having a B.Sc. in the field of Information Technology, I plan to set up a company preferably within the Technology Sector. I believe that the spread of information technology and the use of internet is the best way to educate people in rural areas and involve them in commercial activities from home. This is how I hope to help other people.
